Last year of 2015

I am so excited that I am turning yr 6 next year and I am really happy about. I also that Mrs Kingston and Mrs Curtis, Mrs Write and Mrs German are leaving Hay park school this year and I am really sad that they are leaving hay park school.

Self Guided ST

In Flox class we have been doing our own self guided it is so cool having our own. We have lots of things we have to do.

Boyznbikes Imange

In Flox class we have been labeling on motorbikes because we have writing about Boyznbikes it is a really nice story but it has words that is not for you that you can.

Flox Class - Kiwi Christmas Kindness Calendar

In Flox Class we had create our class Christmas kiwi kindness calender's.From now on we are going to be kind to each other and follow our Christmas Calendar.

WALT use precise nouns.

This week in writing we have been using precise nouns to make our writing more specific for the reader.


We took a paragraph and changed the nouns from general nouns to precise nouns.

Here is a example.

In the weekend I had to do lots of shopping with my Mum. We went to the shop diary to get some food. We also went to look for a present for my cousin’s birthday. I had to choose between a barbie,minion  doll and a soft toy . After that we went to the shop to buy some clothes, I got two new cloths items and a pair of  footwear shoes. Because I had been so good, mum took me to the shop to buy an  trumpet, cookie ice block ice block. Lucky me

In Flox Class on Monday we had Mr Hopkins and we have been learning to solve scenarios to solve peoples safetys.

Red Cross First Aid course:People Savers 2015

In Flox Class we have been having great time doing first aid course also we have been learning learning how to rescue people that are injured.We all know what DRSABC stands for it is Danger, Response, Send For Help, Airway, Breathing, Ciurcalation.

Field trip 2015 term 4 The Moon

In Flox Class we have been having fun with GOOGLE CARDBOARD!!!!!!!!!! I t was so fun playing those even it looks like your on earth and on the moon, also it feels scared when you look around and you see a giant monkey right in front of you face.

ToolKits Day 2015 Term3

Today it was TOOLKIT DAY!!!!!! We have been learning lots of new things like Screencastify Podcast, sock puppets.

BEST DAY EVER !!!!!!!!

Yesterday was THE BEST TIME EVER it was so fun at the kiwi sports challenge the games was so cool when we went to the water relay some of us thought that their water relay was to get a bucket and chuck water at the other school we were versing.BUT IT WAS SO FUN AND COOL.

In Flox Class we have been learning to be safe online.We have been working with Mr Hopkins and also he showed us these example of these other strips in May Road School.

Also we have all made one Comic strip with a buddy and some of them wanted to work by themselves we used other emotions and action with a buddy.

Te Reo Māori Conversation

WALT have a conversation in te reo  Māori

In Flox Class we have been learning to have a conversation in Māori. We  used iMovie to film our conversation.
